- Book up to 14 days ahead.
- An unpaid booking holds its time for 24 hours, then it is released.
- You can cancel within 12 hours of making a booking.
- Pay by bank transfer and send your proof. Your booking is confirmed once we see it.

Do I need to book before I come?
Yes. Book your seat online first so we can hold it for you. The booking form only shows times that are still free.
What is the difference between a day pass and a plan?
A day pass is one full day. A plan gives you several full days at a lower price, to use on the days you choose within its validity.
Can I extend my time on the day?
Message us in Chats. If seats are free, we can add more time to your booking.
Do I earn anything for coming in?
Yes. You earn 10 points for every hour you spend in the space, and 100 points become a free hour.
Can I bring a friend?
Your friend needs their own booking. If they sign up with your referral code and book, you earn a free hour.
