What is Cloudde Space?

A premium physical space engineered for focus, with co-working seats for individuals and a fully equipped private room for meetings, workshop trainings and shoots.

Where are you?

Find our address and directions at the bottom of the homepage, or tap Get directions on any page.

When are you open?

Opening hours show live on the homepage and the booking page, together with how many seats are free right now.

Can I just walk in?

Please book first. Seats and the room are held for people with a confirmed booking.

Account

Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Creating your account is free. You only pay for the bookings you make.

Individual or team account?

Choose an individual account for yourself. Choose a team account if you will book meetings or seats for a group.

I forgot my password.

Tap “Forgot your password?” on the log-in form and we will email you a link to set a new one.

How do I get the blue tick?

Use the space once. After your first visit your account is verified, and the blue tick shows next to your name across Cloudde Space.

Why can’t I add friends or message members yet?

Friends and member chats open once you have used the space. You can message the Cloudde Space team as soon as a booking is paid.

Booking & payment

How do I book?

Open the booking page, choose what you need, pick a day and time, and confirm. It takes a few taps.

How do I pay?

Pay by bank transfer after booking and send a screenshot of your payment. We do not take card payments on the website.

When is my booking confirmed?

As soon as we confirm your payment. It moves from Pending to Confirmed in your profile.

How long is an unpaid booking held?

An unpaid booking holds its time for 24 hours, then it is released for others.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel within 12 hours of making a booking from your profile. After that, message us in Chats.

How far ahead can I book?

Up to 14 days ahead. Saturdays need to be booked at least 3 days ahead.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. You can download a PDF summary of each booking from your profile.

Workspace

How much is a seat?

A seat is ₦800 an hour, and a full day is ₦5,000. Plans give you full days at a lower price.

How do plans work?

Buy a plan, and once it is paid, choose the days you want to come in within the plan’s validity.

Meetings

Who can book meetings?

Team accounts. Individuals can book seats, shoots, or host a training as the facilitator.

How much is the room?

Meetings are ₦2,500 an hour for the whole room, plus a refundable caution fee of ₦20,000.

How many people fit?

Up to 22 people.

Workshops

Who can host a training?

Anyone with an account can book a training as the facilitator.

How many attendees can I bring?

Up to 21 attendees, plus you.

How do attendees join?

After payment, you get a slot link in your Trainings tab. Share it only with people who confirmed. Their accounts are created when they take a slot.

Do you find attendees for me?

No. You bring your own attendees. We provide the room and the tools to manage your slots.

Shoots

How much does a shoot cost?

Shoots are ₦5,000 an hour for the whole space.

Can I bring equipment?

Yes. Bring your cameras, lights and props.

Can I book as a team?

Yes. You can book a shoot for yourself or from a team account.

Library

Who can read the books?

Every member with a booking can read from the shelf during their time in the space.

Can I borrow a book?

Ask at the front desk.

Where can I see the books?

On the Growth Library page and in the “See books available” popup on the homepage.

Rewards

How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every hour you spend in the space.

What can I do with points?

100 points become a free workspace hour. Choose to use them when you book.

How does the referral code work?

Your code unlocks after your first visit. When a friend signs up with it and makes their first booking, you earn a free hour.

What are badges?

Badges celebrate your progress, like your first visit, streaks and inviting friends. See them in Rewards.

Teams

How do team accounts work?

One team account books for the group. Team members see team bookings in their own profile and share a team chat.

Do teams get a discount?

Yes. Bigger workspace bookings get a discount, applied automatically when you book.

What is the smallest team booking?

2 seats.

Can a member leave a team?

Yes. Members can leave from their profile, and the team owner is notified.
