Cloudde Space operates from our owned, premium facility located within OAU, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
The facility operates on a dedicated 8-hour execution block. Doors open exactly at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM daily to enforce a structured, highly productive routine.
The infrastructure is strictly optimized to accommodate a maximum of 22 individuals. This maintains a serene, highly functional environment engineered for deep focus and comfortable team gatherings.
We guarantee premium hydration. The Pro Access Tier (for individuals) and the Pro Meeting Tier (for teams) include unrestricted access to our hot and cold water dispensing system.
Individual Workspace
The Immersion Pass grants you one completely free 8-hour day pass to experience the workspace. You utilize this single-use pass to test the premium amenities, focus on your work, and experience the environment before officially securing a paid subscription tier.
Cloudde Space utilizes a Flexible Day-Pass System. A Monthly subscription guarantees exactly 20 days of access, and a Weekly subscription guarantees exactly 5 days of access. Your days are activated exclusively when you physically check in to the facility to execute.
Your unused days are automatically preserved for your next visit. Your subscription remains fully active across calendar months until you completely consume every single purchased day. You command total control over your schedule.
The Basic Tier provides full access to the workspace, The Growth Library, and table-integrated charging cables and sockets.
The Pro Tier provides the complete infrastructure: everything in Basic, plus uninterrupted high-speed Wi-Fi, premium ergonomic laptop stands, precision mouse pads, and access to the hot and cold water dispenser.
Executive Teams
Yes. You can reserve the entire 22-seater facility for private team meetings, executive strategy sessions, training workshops, and masterclasses. The room is secured on a strict hourly basis to give you exact control over your event duration.
The Basic Meeting Tier is secured at 3,500 Naira per hour. It includes the room, the large whiteboard, and table charging cables.
The Pro Meeting Tier is secured at 5,000 Naira per hour. It unlocks the Dual Presentation System (HD TV screen and whiteboard), library access, premium tech accessories (stands and mouse pads), and the water dispenser.
This is a standard, fully refundable security deposit required for all private team bookings. It guarantees the care and integrity of the premium facility and its tech tools during your session. You receive this complete refund immediately upon the successful conclusion of your event, provided the infrastructure remains in its original condition.
Yes. You can secure the entire facility for your events and meetings on any day, based entirely on our calendar availability.
Growth Library
Full, unrestricted entry to the curated library is automatically included in all individual workspace subscriptions (both Basic and Pro), as well as the Pro Meeting Tier for team bookings.
To ensure every user has continuous access to these intellectual assets, all books must remain strictly inside Cloudde Space. The library is built for on-site immersion and immediate knowledge application during your execution blocks.
Yes. We are completely committed to stocking the exact resources our users need. Active subscribers are encouraged to recommend high-leverage books to be added to the physical inventory.
