This commitment guarantees the care and integrity of the facility and its tech tools during your session.

This is a fully refundable security deposit required for both Basic and Pro bookings.

You will receive this money back immediately after your event finishes, provided the room and tools are in their original condition.

Yes. You can reserve the entire 22-seater facility for private team meetings, executive strategy sessions, training workshops, and masterclasses. The room is secured on a strict hourly basis to give you exact control over your event duration.

How much does it cost to book the room for a team?
  • The Basic Meeting Tier is secured at 3,500 Naira per hour. It includes the room, the large whiteboard, and table charging cables.

  • The Pro Meeting Tier is secured at 5,000 Naira per hour. It unlocks the Dual Presentation System (HD TV screen and whiteboard), library access, premium tech accessories (stands and mouse pads), and the water dispenser.

What is the 100,000 Naira Caution Fee?

This is a standard, fully refundable security deposit required for all private team bookings. It guarantees the care and integrity of the premium facility and its tech tools during your session. You receive this complete refund immediately upon the successful conclusion of your event, provided the infrastructure remains in its original condition.

Can we host weekend workshops or seminars?

Yes. You can secure the entire facility for your events and meetings on any day, based entirely on our calendar availability.
